Saphir Auf dem Brinke is an Associate in the Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises on corporate transactions as well as in the areas of corporate, capital markets and stock corporation law, risk advisory and compliance.

She specialises in providing ongoing legal advice to national and international companies as well as management boards and supervisory bodies on all capital market and corporate law issues, in particular on avoiding liability risks and in the area of compliance.

Before and during her legal clerkship at the Oldenburg Higher Regional Court, she worked for an auditing firm and international commercial law firms in the areas of corporate and compliance.

She advises our clients in German and English.

She studied law at the University of Osnabrück, where she gained additional qualifications in economics as well as English and Chinese law.
