Jenny has particular expertise in prime brokerage and securities financing transactions having spent a number of years as in-house legal advisor to the prime finance business of a global investment bank.

On the transactional side, Jenny advises clients on a broad range of products and asset classes, including structured repo and stock loans, equity derivatives, commodity derivatives, synthetic securitisations and hedging transactions related to financing arrangements and/or corporate transactions.

More recently, Jayne has had a particular focus on triparty collateral arrangements for OTC derivatives, repurchase and stock lending transactions. This has enabled her to assist clients to maximise capital efficiency and/or ensure compliance with the regulatory change in the OTC derivatives space.
