Steven is an accomplished litigator experienced in high value, complex commercial disputes often with an international element for a range of blue chip organisations. He acts for a variety of clients in litigated and arbitrated matters, from PLCs to private individuals across a number of sectors including Energy, Travel and Manufacturing.  He has a broad practice in areas such as commercial contract disputes, defamation proceedings and business protection/restrictive covenant disputes, having a particular interest in the latter.

Steven also has extensive experience of obtaining injunctive relief and advises clients in high profile, sensitive matters which require careful reputation management.

Steven is qualified in England & Wales and also has experience of handling disputes in the Irish courts, having been admitted to the roll in the Republic of Ireland in 2019.
