Managing Partner

Mr Delchev is an expert in commercial law, PPP, concessions, energy law and utilities. He has worked as legal expert and legal team leader on various projects financed by international financial institutions such as EBRD, the World Bank, the Japanese Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), the Black Sea Bank for Trade and Development and others.

Until 1990 Mr. Delchev worked in the Sofia regional court as a judge and later as a chairman of the court. From 1991 to 1997 he was the Head of the legal department at the Council of Ministers of Bulgaria. In this period Mr. Delchev participated in the creation of practically the entire new Bulgarian legislation, working on over 10,000 legal acts for seven governments – draft laws, decrees and decision. Mr. Delchev established EUROLEX law office in 1997 and has been the Managing Partner of the firm since then.
