Work highlights
- Advised Lukoil Bulgaria in relation to proceedings before the Commission for protection of completion initiated against two companies of the Lukoil Group in Bulgaria.
- Advised the Bulgarian Petroleum and Gas Association on the applicable fuel market regulations (e.g. protection of competition, cartel or abuse of a dominant position charges).
