- Advises the Lukoil Group in Bulgaria in two set of high-profile national investigations regarding alleged abuses of dominant position on the market in the form of refusal to grant access to essential infrastructure and margin squeeze.
- Represents the national energy regulator – the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission - in a dispute against the National Electric Company EAD (NEK EAD). The dispute relates to the first ever decision of the regulator sanctioning market manipulation in the Bulgarian wholesale energy market.
