Equity capital markets: The firm advises on a wide range of capital markets matters, including takeovers, listings, public offerings, private placements, redemption and buy-back programmes and stock exchange and securities regulations.

Debt capital markets: The firm regularly acts both for financial advisers and issuers as well as investors and agents in all stages of corporate bond transactions, including in relation to renegotiations of terms, reconstructions and distressed scenarios.

M&A: The firm advises public and private companies, including private equity funds, on all types of mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private transactions, and management buyouts.

Corporate and commercial: The firm regularly handles shareholder and joint venture agreements and acts as adviser in the restructuring of companies and business groups. The firm frequently advises clients on issues concerning board responsibility, changes in capital structure, incentive programmes for employees, annual general meetings of shareholders and other corporate governance issues.

Arbitration and litigation: The firm continuously assists in both international and Swedish arbitral proceedings, including under the Stockholm rules of arbitration, and in litigation proceedings. Several of the firm’s lawyers are frequently appointed as arbitrators in international and Swedish arbitral matters.

Banking and finance: The firm assists Swedish and international banks and financial companies, as well as borrowers and issuers, on areas such as bilateral loans, syndicated loans, securitisation, swaps and derivatives. The firm is also recognised for its strong practice in financial regulatory matters.

Financial services: The firm advises all types of clients, from start-ups to the largest financial institutions, with regard to regulation of all areas of the financial sector and matters involving the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

Real estate: The firm provides advice on general commercial real estate law and real estate transactions, including portfolio acquisitions, as well as real estate finance, securitisation and investments, property management, and landlord and tenant law.

Competition/antitrust: The firm provides advice on all aspects of competition law, including merger clearances and cartel cases. Employment: The firm handles all matters relating to Swedish employment law.

Intellectual property: The firm handles all matters relating to intellectual property law, including trademark and domain name registrations and disputes, and regularly advises clients in the electronic communications, media and IT businesses on a broad range of legal matters, such as infrastructure procurement, joint ventures, outsourcing and distribution arrangements.
