Sakari Aalto advises domestic and international clients in technology and IPR-transactions. He has been working in-house as the head of licensing and legal at a technology company and has assisted clients in building innovative cooperating based business models.
Sakari has an extensive experience on legal issues concerning the rights and delivery of IT-systems, data protection and processing personal information in business. Sakari has been assisting corporate clients in these matters within both traditional and new economy industries.
