Joined VdA in 2010 and she is partner of Governance practice. Isabel has been actively involved in several national and international transactions mainly focused on mergers and acquisitions in different sectors of the economic activity, incorporating and restructuring of legal entities, organizing the contractual planning of commercial distribution and supply networks of goods and services. She actively assists clients of different industrial sectors, such as automotive, equipment and products manufacturing, on commercial, contractual and corporate matters.

Law Degree at Catholic University of Porto, Faculty of Law. LL.M (Master of Laws) in European Law from the University College of London. Post-graduation on Contracts Law from the School of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University of Porto. Post-graduation on EC Competition Law from the King's College of London.
