Partner, Head of Corporate and M&A

Head Partner of the Corporate and M&A practice, she has a general corporate and M&A experience, with particular emphasis on corporate acquisitions and disposals, privatizations, complex corporate reorganizations, private equity deals and public takeovers and mergers. She has also a strong finance background, advising clients in corporate finance and credit restructuring transactions. In terms of sector experience, Claudia’s practice has focused in the energy, banking , telecoms and transports (mainly aviation) sectors.
