Partner and Head of Practice of Public Law, Rodrigo has been involved in several matters within administrative law, mostly in public regulation, administrative concessions, PPP, public procurement and litigation & arbitration.He has been responsible for the ongoing assistance of some leading clients in the public infrastructure sector.Rodrigo is also an arbitrator at the Portuguese Commercial Arbitration Centre.
