Teresa Empis Falcão rejoined VdA in 2014. Partner of the Infrastructure & Mobility practice. Teresa has led countless banking and project financing operations, in Portugal as in other jurisdictions, within the infrastructure, transport and energy sectors, notably in lusophone African countries. Teresa is also responsible for the coordination of the Mozambican practice.
