Paulo Trindade Costa joined VdA in 2015. He is Finance & Transactions Group Executive Partner and Partner of the Corporate and M&A practice, where he has been involved in several transactions, in Portugal and international markets, namely in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and corporate finance transactions.He has advised several clients in sectors such as telecommunications, industry, retail, real estate, energy, banking and construction.

Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association. Admitted as tax specialist to the Portuguese Bar Association.Member of the board of directors of the Portuguese-Dutch Chamber of Commerce.Member of the board of the Portuguese Section of AIDA - Insurance Law International Association.
