Angola - Public debt (Treasury bonds)

The Ministry of Finance has recently published, in accordance with delegated powers, the following Executive Decrees:

  • Executive Decree No 25/21 of 18 January 2001

    • Defines the characteristics of the Treasury Bonds laid down in paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree No. 323/20, of 28 December, up to Kz: 743 373 594 000.00.

  • Executive Decree No 26/21 of 18 January 2001

    • Regulates the characteristics of Treasury Bonds established by Presidential Decree No 13/21 of 11 January.

  • Executive Decree No 27/21 of 18 January 2001

    • Regulates the issuing of Direct Public Debt securities, known as Treasury Bills, to finance the 2021 State Budget, with the characteristics and conditions set out in Presidential Decree no. 164/18 of 12 July.

  • Executive Decree No 28/21 of 18 January 2001

    • Regulates the characteristics of Treasury Bonds provided for in Presidential Decree No 323/20 of 28 December.
