Martyn Brierley specialises in all aspects of corporate and finance law, advising businesses of all sizes, from owner-managed business to international listed companies

His particular expertise and considerable experience lies in mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate re-organisations, share buy backs, joint venture arrangements, banking and finance work and partnership arrangements. Martyn also provides general corporate advisory services.

Frequently acting for several sizable property developers, Martyn often advises on high-value and complex property development joint ventures throughout the UK.

He also has extensive experience in advising institutional banks on their lending and security arrangements as part of their funding of corporate transactions like management buy-outs.

Martyn studied his Bachelor of Laws at Nottingham Trent University and completed his Legal Practice Course at the Nottingham Law School.
