Experience Briony has over 10 years’ experience practicing employment law for both private and commercial clients and has gained specific knowledge of the education, agricultural, construction and care sectors. Throughout her career, Briony has advised employers on a range of employment law matters including drafting contracts of employment, handbooks and a range of bespoke policies, and negotiation of settlement and compromise agreements. She also has significant experience in dealing with redundancy processes, restructures and TUPE matters, and the legal implications of such reorganisations. Briony completed her law degree at Sheffield Hallam University and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Industrial Law Society.
