Introducing George

George Domleo frequently assists a wide range of clients from individuals to businesses with multiple sites, including major pub chains, restaurants, clubs, hotels and late-night operators, with applications for new premises licences, variations and reviews.

Advising on all areas of licensing law and having specialised in it since the start of his career, George has considerable experience in advising on various aspects of betting and gaming law, including operating licences, premises licences and compliance under the Gambling Act 2005.

Experience

George has specialised exclusively in licensing and regulatory law from the start of his career, having completed his training contract at a licensing law firm.

In addition to having dealt with and represented several clients at contested hearings, George has also dealt with complex applications in cumulative impact areas across England and Wales where there is a presumption that such applications will be refused. George also advises on licensing applications throughout Scotland.

As a member of the Institute of Licensing and a holder of both the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders and the Scottish Personal Licence Certificate, George has a detailed understanding of licensed premises and their unique requirements.
