Sanveer Sandhu is a highly accomplished real estate practitioner with over a decade of experience working in top 50 and top 10 UK law firms.
His expertise spans a broad spectrum of commercial property work including dealing with acquisitions, lettings and disposals of investment portfolios, property development, corporate support, and banking and finance work.
Sanveer regularly advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions and real estate work, including:
landlord and tenant matters acquisitions and disposals portfolio management and investments overage and rights of pre-emption land transactions the development of land for residential and commercial use from site acquisition to disposal.Experience
Sanveer has acted for some of the largest national and international companies across several sectors including retail, leisure, telecommunications, infrastructure, finance and utilities.
