Chairman, Senior Partner and Head of Department

Andrew Cochrane is a highly-experienced litigation lawyer, who is now a key member of Flint Bishop's management board, chairing partnership meetings and acting as the lead ambassador for the firm.

As an instrumental figure in the development of our Dispute Resolution team and its subsequent division to form our Debt Recovery. Employment and Licensing teams, Andrew has acted for many household names.

Now heading up the firm's Licensing team, Andrew and team frequently undertake work for local and national operators of pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels and hostels, with notable clients including Star Pubs and Bars (the leased tenanted division of Heineken UK), the Youth Hostels Association, Macdonald Hotels, Kew Green Hotels and Marston's PLC.

Andrew completed his Master of Arts in Political Studies at the University of Aberdeen and his Law Society Finals at the Chester College of Law.
