Jonathan Gilbert defends complex and high-value pre-litigation and litigated insurance claims for insurance companies, self insurers, public bodies and goverment agencies.

He has extensive technical experience, which, combined with his constant pursuit for operational efficiency and innovation, achieves enviable result for Flint Bishop's insurer clients.

As a key member of the firm's Insurance Litigation team, Jonathan is heavily involved in knowledge sharing, client training and employee mentoring initiatives to ensure consistency and unrivalled quality of service.

Jonathan deals with all aspects of cases involving high value, complex injury claims, cases involving technical indemnity issues/declarations, complex liability disputes, MIB Technical Committee cases, Court of Appeal litigation, technical issues regarding intervention with Claimants, as well as multi-track (and higher value) credit hire cases.

He has also defended a case in the High Court, developing a skillset very few lawyers in the UK have the opportunity to acquire.
