Ian Beardmore has been instrumental in leading and growing Flint Bishop's commercial property offering since becoming head of the firm's Property team in 2001, assembling a highly-experienced team of property solicitors and legal experts, focusing heavily on development work.

Ian is highly regarded within the East Midlands, primarily acting for clients from the retail, leisure, industrial and residential property sectors, in addition to advising schools and charities. Ian specialises in site acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, joint ventures, options, funding arrangements and agreements.

Over the last 30 years, Ian has advised some of the region's largest property and construction firms on their legal issues. These include one of the country's largest privately owned developers, Bowmer + Kirkland, as well as CWC Group, who specialise in industrial, commercial and residential property development.

Ian completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Manchester and completed his Law Society Final Examination at the Chester College of Law.
