Paul Sabin specialises in commercial and residential property, undertaking all types of property work including commercial property, residential property and agricultural property.

He has a particular specialism in commercial property landlord and tenant transactions.

Paul has acted for clients both locally and further afield, ranging from individuals to large corporate organisations. Clients include ESG Group, Derby County Football Club and the Youth Hostels Association.

Paul completed his bachelor's degree in economics at the University of Leicester, and then went on to complete his post-graduate Common Professional Examination in Law and his Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University whilst employed by the firm.
