These include leading UK household name brands, government agencies and a number of ‘Big-Six’ energy providers.

The Legal 500 UK comments:
“Natalie Lloyd-Nash breeds positivity and this has filtered down to her team.”
“Peter and Natalie are a joy to work with. Their knowledge is second to none but what makes them special is their passion for the job at hand. They are always available to offer advice and support and even go out of the way to provide us with information changes that may impact us well in advance of them coming into effect. It is this that has made them stand out from the other firms.”
Experience
In addition to her management role, Natalie has significant experience advising large commercial organisations.
She has advised a global publishing giant, multi-national retail franchise company and a national heritage preservation charity, on salary overpayments, the recovery of debts and contractual disputes.
Natalie has undertaken credit management legal audits for several of the firm’s clients on their order-to-cash process and compiled reports to provide recommendations of improvements, with a view to reducing their levels of bad debt.
Since 2020, Natalie’s has been recognised by The Legal 500 UK as a ‘Rising Star’ for passion and dedication to her work and the team within debt recovery. She qualified as a Legal Executive in July 2022 and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management.
