Introducing Becky

Becky Madden joined Flint Bishop in November 2022 as a senior associate in our Employment team and has specialised in employment law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2006.

She advises and represents employer clients on matters such as:

Terms and conditions of employment TUPE transfers Restructures and redundancies Severance packages Dismissals Disciplinary & grievance procedures Post termination restrictions Unfair dismissal Breach of contract Discrimination Settlement agreements

Experience

Becky has extensive experience of advising clients in the retail, catering, leisure and manufacturing industries. She has also worked closely with charitable organisations and acted on behalf of other law firms in respect of their own employment law issues.

In addition to tailoring service agreements, drafting policies and representing clients before the Employment Tribunal, she also prepares and delivers seminars and bespoke training sessions. Becky’s dedication to providing exceptional service and her innate ability to connect with audiences make her an invaluable asset to our firm and our clients alike.
