The attorneys of Lassen Ricard are authorised to appear before all Danish courts, including the Danish Supreme Court. They have extensive experience pleading before arbitral tribunals and also act as judges in arbitration tribunals. In addition, the firm has experience in pleading before the European Court of justice.

Areas of practice: Lassen Ricard covers many areas, and the firm has a broad basis of expertise; from corporate mergers and acquisitions, energy law, finance law and participating in the government investigation into the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, to organising cable TV retransmission in the Nordic region and assisting the Danish prime minister with a commission inquiry.
