Career

Nathalie Pacaud is a Partner and Trademark and Design Attorney at Plasseraud IP. She assists a wide range of clients, including industrial multinationals, banking groups and SMEs, on all aspects of trademark protection, exploitation and defence. Nathalie is particularly experienced in the field of collective and certification marks and acts regularly on behalf of certification bodies. Nathalie is in charge of the Trademarks & Design practice in Toulouse and is a member of Plasseraud IP Appellations & Origins team. She is the Treasurer of the CNCPI (French Patent and Trademark Attorneys Institute) and an active member of the APRAM (French Association of Trademark and Model Attorneys), AIDV (International Wine Law Association) and AFEC (French Association of Competition Study). She is mentor of the 2022-2023 class of the Master 2 in Intellectual Property at Toulouse 1 Capitole University, for which she teaches courses. She also organized and moderated the colloquium "Les signes de la qualité: repères ou casse-têtes?". Nathalie joined EGYP, member of Plasseraud IP Group, in 1999. She became a Partner in 2014.
