Diversity is part of our DNA

BARDEHLE PAGENBERG has been a “diverse” firm ever since it was founded. We are convinced that this is a fundamental pillar of our success. For us, what matters are hard facts and real-life diversity.

We do not only enable our employees to flexibly work part-time, from home, or remotely; they also enjoy the possibility of contributing their various personal facets to our culture and the everyday work at our firm. And we want to achieve even more.

That is why

• we publicly pledge to foster diversity by signing the Diversity Charter: www.charta-der-vielfalt.de/en/;
• we are a proud member of the ADAPT community: recognizing the complexity and importance of diversity and inclusion, we value the opportunity to exchange experiences with other firms facing similar challenges;
• we have created a team “Diversity Management” which our employees can personally approach regarding all topics relating to diversity;
• we celebrate our diversity by holding “cultural breakfasts” in which employees present their cultures;
• we contribute to projects for pupils (https://www.girls-day.de/ueber-den-girls-day/was-ist-der-girls-day2/english and https://www.boys-day.de/footer/english-information) and engage at universities in order to generate interest early on in our profession among groups that have been underrepresented thus far.
