As an attorney-at-law, Anita Peter specializes in patent infringement proceedings before German courts and the Unified Patent Court. She advises national and international clients in mostly complex, transnational disputes, including SEP-related disputes, and coordinates parallel validity proceedings.

Anita Peter has experience with various technologies and advises clients from industries such as telecommunications, consumer electronics, automotive, medical technology, and solar technology.

Having previously been based in Munich, Anita Peter now works at the newly established Hamburg office.
