Dr. Johannes Möller specializes in the fields of high-tech, physics, and mechanics. His main areas of practice are communication systems, network technology, navigation systems, video coding, semiconductors, artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer-based inventions, automotive, and sporting goods.

His technical expertise is based on a degree in physics from Oxford University and several years of research in the fields of quantum physics and solid-state physics as well as high-performance computing at Oxford, and as an ETH Fellow at ETH Zurich.

Dr. Johannes Möller’s legal practice includes national, European, and international patent prosecution. He advises clients in validity proceedings before the German Federal Patent Court, the German Federal Court of Justice, the Unified Patent Court, the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trademark Office. Another area of focus is the enforcement of intellectual property rights in patent infringement proceedings before German courts and the Unified Patent Court. In addition, he advises clients in the areas of patent vindication, employee invention law, and freedom to operate.

Research in experimental solid state physics, especially quantum magnetism, at ETH and at several laboratories throughout Europe and the United States. Successful bid for own research funding of CHF 220k. Head teaching assistant for a large lecture course.
