Stefan Lieck specializes in patent and utility model litigation on behalf of national and international clients, also dealing with cross-border matters. He has comprehensive experience in preliminary injunction and inspection proceedings. Furthermore, he provides advice on IP aspects of contractual matters and prepares freedom-to-operate opinions. In cooperation with the firm’s patent attorneys, Stefan Lieck assists in (parallel) opposition and nullity proceedings.

Stefan Lieck particularly advises on the fields of telecommunications, automotive and mechanical engineering, medical devices, optics and computer technology, including software.

On a regular basis, Stefan Lieck gives presentations in the context of our IP Academy and acts as a speaker for the "Industrial Property Course - Patents" at the Polytechnic University of Milan.
