Career

Martha Wettschereck advises national and international family businesses on family and inheritance law. She focuses on the development of family strategies, the development of tax-optimised concepts and foundation concepts, corporate restructuring processes, the drafting of wills, contracts of inheritance and gift agreements, the drafting of marriage contracts and matrimonial property advice, representation in divorce proceedings, professional estate planning and inheritance disputes, the execution of wills as well as representation in court.

During her studies at the University of Mainz and her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz, where she worked for large international and national law firms, she specialized in international private and civil procedural law as well as family and inheritance law.

Since her admission to the bar in 2015, she has worked in the private clients sector for specialised law boutiques and major national law firms in Frankfurt am Main. She has experience in advising on complex corporate, inheritance and, in particular, family law disputes.
