Ines Krempl studied Law and Economics and Law at the University of Bonn. During her studies, she spent a semester abroad at Tongji University in Shanghai. As part of her legal traineeship, she completed, among other things, positions at a medium-sized law firm in the areas of environmental law and public construction law in Cologne and at an international commercial law firm in Taipei. Ines Krempl has been admissioned to the bar in 2023. Her practise includes the provision of legal advise to national and international companies as well as public bodies on all matters of public commercial law, in particular German and European environmental law.

Jens Baltschukat

LL.M., Counsel Since rejoining avocado rechtsanwälte in 2023, Jens Baltschukat regularly advises mid-sized companies as well as national and international corporate groups on all matters of commercial and corporate law, working out of the Frankfurt and Cologne offices. Jens Baltschukat has special expertise advising municipal enterprises and their shareholders on the intersection of corporate law and public law requirements, for example on selecting the appropriate corporate structure, complying with requirements and restrictions of municipal business law, and preparing shareholder and supervisory board resolutions for municipal bodies. In addition, Jens Baltschukat counsels clients on issues of energy law. For many years, he has advised energy suppliers on bids for electricity and gas concessions, as well as concession holders on the takeover of electricity and gas grid infrastructure. Finally, Jens Baltschukat's practice also includes representing clients in civil litigation matters both in and out of court, as well as advising clients on real estate law. His real estate practice focuses, in particular, on advising municipalities on real estate transactions related to infrastructure projects.

Martina Hadasch

After her studies and legal clerkship in Munich and Amsterdam, Martina Hadasch first worked for KMPG Law (2012 to 2015), Buse (2016 to 2021) and ASD (2022 to 2023) before joining avocado rechtsanwälte in 2024. Martina Hadasch advises public contracting authorities and service providers on all matters of public law as well as public procurement law in the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures. Martina Hadasch has particular expertise in advising contracting authorities and service providers from the field of authorities and organizations with security tasks (Behörden und Organisationen mit Sicherheitsaufgaben, BOS) throughout Germany, and here in particular in the implementation of complex award/selection procedures for rescue services. In addition, Martina Hadasch has been a lecturer for law in emergency response at the University of Applied Sciences (HAW) in Hamburg since 2020.
