He focuses his activity on corporate and commercial law with particular emphasis on corporate governance as well as on M&A and commercial contracts in the TMT sector. His clients include large corporates in the media and technology industries. He is full-tenure Professor of Corporate and Financial Markets Law at the Catholic University of Milan. He was former member of the Collegio dei Probiviri of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and of the Group of Experts of the Corporate Governance Committee for the Code of Listed Companies. He is co-founder and co-director of the law review “Rivista di Diritto Societario”. He seats on the board of listed companies as independent director.

Duccio holds magna cum laude degree in Law from the University of Pisa and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School.
