He specialises in M&A and corporate, with a particular focus on private M&A transactions by Italian and foreign investment funds and industrial players; extraordinary transactions on behalf of listed companies, with a focus on the luxury and sports sectors; commercial and corporate assistance to leading clients in the structuring and expansion of their respective businesses, through capital transactions and joint venture agreements. Carlo has been involved in many of the main extraordinary finance transactions (IPOs, takeover bids, capital increases, mergers, demergers) occurred in the Italian and international markets, starting from the listing of various companies on the Italian and foreign markets (Amsterdam and Hong Kong) to the recapitalization of leading credit institutions. This activity is coupled with a relevant presence in the private M&A sector, with significant acquisitions in the banking and industrial sectors. Carlo then assists on an ongoing basis various companies active in different sectors, including luxury and sports. In the latter field, he has gained significant experience in football clubs, including the management of image rights. He graduated from the University of Parma and has been admitted to the Italian Bar Association since 1995. He is member of the New York Bar since 1997 and holds a LL.M.
