Position
Raphael specializes in domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration as well as in enforcement and legal assistance matters. His practice focuses on distribution, licensing, unfair competition and intellectual property law. In these fields, Raphael also advises clients on non-contentious matters. Further, Raphael represents clients in contractual, corporate and insolvency related disputes and has expertise related to the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
