Arlette Pfister is a Partner at Thouvenin Attorneys at Law. Her preferred areas of practice include corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and contract law. She has a particular focus on advising international corporations on restructurings, as well as counseling companies and corporate groups on complex and general corporate law matters, including the planning and implementation of business successions. She also provides clients with comprehensive support in day-to-day corporate housekeeping.
