Daniel Stoll has been a partner at Thouvenin since 1994.

His professional focus was originally on dispute resolution and litigation, primarily in the areas of contract, tort, banking and inheritance law, followed by a phase with numerous corporate law and M&A transactions.

Today, Daniel mainly advises companies and families as their Outside General Counsel with a focus on governance and succession planning as well as on dispute resolution and procedural-strategic issues.

Daniel Stoll is a board member of several family-owned companies in the food, real estate, retail and asset management sectors.

Daniel Stoll has published on issues of inheritance, banking and procedural law as well as on protection of victims of financial crime.
