Legal expert and passionate about Tech and innovation, Brahim has developed a recognized practice in digital law and new technologies matters.

He has assisted different types of telco players (MNO/MVNO, OTT, equipment manufacturers, etc.) and currently supports a wide range of Tech operators (platforms, fintechs, healtechs, IT services companies, start-ups, etc.). He also works with major international groups to enhance their intrapreneur/entrepreneur incubation strategies

Brahim is also regularly called upon by public authorities or international agencies to contribute to the development of regulatory frameworks adapted to new “business models”.

He has co-founded ASI (“Algerian start-up inititiative”), a pioneer not for profit  initiative promoting entrepreneurship culture in the Maghreb region and plays an active role in important networks of national and international “Business Angels”.
