Position
Commercial dispute resolution within a range of legal areas, and has argued several high profile cases for both the District Courts and the Appeal Courts, and one case for the Supreme Court. Also assists his clients in cases regarding enforcement, securing of evidence, temporary injunction and arrest. Also acts as an ordinary legal adviser for clients within several industries and legal areas, in particular related to issues within contractual law, company law and construction law.
