Experienced financing lawyer assisting our clients in the negotiations and documentation of a broad range of financing solutions. He is specialised in leveraged and acquisition finance and acts for investors, borrowers and lenders (banks and others). In recent years he has been instructed by a number of direct lenders in connection with acquisitions in Norway. He has also acted on several significant restructuring deals in the Norwegian market
