Corinne Hovnanian is a partner of the firm since 2021. She advises French and foreign companies on the contractualisation of distribution networks. She has also developed a particular expertise in Supplier/Distributor relations and regularly leads training sessions and conferences for companies. Corinne also advises on the negotiation of contracts and the securing of commercial and advertising documents intended for consumers. As a mediator in inter-company disputes, trained by the CMAP, Corinne Hovnanian intervenes at the request of companies within the framework of mediation in order to reach an amicable settlement of their conflicts.

He provides support in contentious matters including warrantee claims against insurers including those brought through collective procedures. He advises clients in preparing complex assemblies of their real estate operations, and assists foreign clients in structuring their investments in France, from pre-acquisition due diligence (the analysis of legal risks) to the conclusion of negotiations.
