Rodrigo has focused his professional activity on M&A, private equity and other corporate finance, corporate governance, corporate restructuring and regulatory matters.

He has been advising clients on cross-border and local transactions and providing on-going legal assistance to several entities across different sectors, in particular to companies in the industrial, energy, healthcare, financial and insurance sectors.
