Before joining E+H, he worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and gained further experience in another distinguished Viennese corporate law firm. In addition, Johannes Feilmair is an author and lecturer in the areas of corporate and real estate law.

Johannes Feilmair practices in the areas of corporate/M&A, venture capital/private equity, and real estate law. He has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on complex M&A and real estate transactions, as well as infrastructure and energy projects. In real estate law, he particularly focuses on joint ventures in urban development. Johannes Feilmair has special expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and has been representing private equity investors and biotech companies in these areas for many years.

Johannes Feilmair studied business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. For his academic achievements, he was awarded merit scholarships and was included in the Rector’s List of the best students.
