Dr. Stefan Jeitler has considerable experience and expertise in corporate and real estate transactions, as well as start-up financing rounds. He focuses primarily on complex and international M&A transactions, and advising start-ups.

While working with a venture capital fund in Silicon Valley, Stefan Jeitler was able to gain broad international experience in this area. He is admitted to the bar in both Austria and New York and is an author and lecturer in the field of corporate law with a focus on start-ups and venture capital.
