Dr. Stefan Jeitler has considerable experience and expertise in corporate and real estate transactions, as well as start-up financing rounds. He focuses primarily on complex and international M&A transactions, and advising start-ups.
Education
Stefan Jeitler studied business law and business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and completed a postgraduate LL.M. degree at the University of California, Berkeley as one of the best in his class.
