Andreas Zellhofer is head of the IP/IT Law practice group. He advises clients on the enforcement of claims arising from unfair competition (UWG) and intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, design, and patent law), as well as in the areas of IT and data protection law. For years, he has advised and represented domestic and international companies in proceedings concerning antitrust law, abuse of a dominant position, merger control, and state aid. He also assists clients in conducting internal investigations and implementing compliance programs.

Before joining E+H, Andreas Zellhofer worked for another international commercial law firm in Vienna and Brussels.

Andreas Zellhofer is author of numerous publications and a regular speaker at professional conferences.
