Marilisa focuses on corporate law, M&A and civil law. She regularly provides legal advice to domestic and international corporations on Greek corporate law and compliance issues, including corporations listed in the stock exchange. She also has extensive experience in finance & capital markets and in complex international business transactions, including share deals, corporate restructurings, bond loan agreements, securitizations and refinancing. Furthermore, she provides support on issues arising from day-to-day operations of corporations and on a wide array of legal issues related to civil law, as well as drafting and commenting on various transaction documents and agreements. She has also been involved in various due diligence exercises. Marilisa has handled various litigation cases and has experience as a litigation lawyer.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2014 and joined our firm in 2019.
