Petra Krusche is a Director in the Competition practice area. She provides a range of specialist advice including providing competition law advice on prohibited anti-competitive conduct (including cartels and abuses of dominance). Petra also advises on competition best practice for business (including buying associations and franchises); communications between competitors and at industry associations; loyalty schemes; incentives; and exclusionary practices. Petra is also well-versed in making and defending complaints of alleged anti-competitive conduct such as participation in cartels and abuses of dominance before the competition authorities; the Competition Appeal Court; the Supreme Court of Appeal; and the Constitutional Court.
