Director Wendy Rosenberg is the Head of Media, Communications & practice area; also advising in the Africa and Technology practice areas. Wendy has deep familiarity with media and communications law and has provided extensive media and communications regulatory and related advice in numerous jurisdictions in Africa (including multi-jurisdictional and pan-African matters), with a particular focus on Angola; Botswana; Ghana; Kenya; Lesotho; Mauritius; Mozambique; Namibia; Nigeria; Seychelles; Swaziland; Tanzania; Zanzibar; and Zimbabwe. Wendy has authored articles on various topics, including the chapter on Internet and E‑commerce patents in Cyberlaw@SA, R. Buys, 2nd edition, 2004.

Wendy has a BCom LLB and an LLM in commercial and communications law, all awarded cum laude, from the University of the Witwatersrand. She has also completed certificate courses in intellectual property (University of the Witwatersrand) and legal writing (University of Cape Town).
