Director Dylan Cunard advises across the Africa; Banking & Finance; Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions; Financial Services Regulation; Investment Funds & Private Equity; andChina practice areas. His areas of speciality include corporate mergers & acquisitions; commercial property; private equity; investment funds; international transactions; black economic empowerment transactions; and advising on compliance with international (particularly UK and US) anti-bribery legislation. Dylan trained at a Magic Circle Firm in London from 2003 – 2005 and was part of the Werksmans team that won “Offshore Investment Team of the Year for South Africa”, at the Offshore Excellence Awards judged in London, in August 2014.
