Dispute Resolution, Competition/Antitrust, Robert has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, corporate law and all aspects of national (Czech and Slovak) as well as EU competition law. He also advises on white collar crime matters, including asset recovery.

Robert graduated from Charles University, Faculty of Law (Ph.D.), worked at several prestigious law firms and finally established a private practice Vrána & Pelikán law firm with another partner. From 2015 to 2018 Robert served as the Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic. Moreover, he is active in academia and has co-authored  the Commentary to the Civil Code (2020, 2nd edition) and a textbook on corporate law (Corporate Law, 2015). Robert also teaches corporate and competition law at the Charles University, Faculty of Law and is a member of the Legislation Council of the Government of the Czech Republic..
