Wolf Theiss’ growing dispute resolution practice covers domestic and cross-border litigation, particularly in relation to shareholder and employment disputes, commercial contract cases, and unfair competition claims. Many of the group’s clients hail from the construction, banking and manufacturing industries. The team is led by arbitrator Robert Pelikán, and was strengthened by the recent arrival of Anna Bilanová, who joined from the Czech Republic’s Ministry of Finance’s International Arbitration and Investment Protection Unit.
